trying to be professional this round, and due to its an exchange program, the team decided not to rehearse much.
well one thing i would like to tell them in the face, but i still can't find a nice time to do so. I observe and i notice that, when you dun put pressure on them, they slack. They will ignore their musical sense n start to live back in the dark age!
i really duno wat to do or tell them anymore. You wan to enjoy, yes go ahead. but please make sure u get all ur techniques correct at all time. if not you will move back to square one. and y must always when people yell at u, only u wan to be smart and alert? people like to get scold, and cry and then complain people are too harsh on them.... but then they can do it after the series of unpleasant treatment. and when u take your eyes off them, they slack. So i really dun understand, well sooner or later they will need to walk the path on their own, so my advice, be alert n smart....
sad to say.... i think this coming to grad batch is quite a failure.... seems like we can't retain many heart or shud i say, almost non of the seniors are showing any passion in continuing the tradition. Well the seniors of urs can't be there after sometime, you cannot expect that...so i foreseen
the day shall arrive! when everything will be swept clean n the magnificent building which we are so proud of, which people outside the circle are so amazed with will fall down n subside as rubbles!
well i think as time goes by, i am more ready to face that day... y leh? well the fire is getting smaller and sooner will bcome a small flame and vanish as a wisp of smoke.
