hah....go see property at taman desa ar! i remember dy!
oh....off i went to wash car...eh? not see property? yea... my car very dirty, kenot tahan, so decided to wash first. So picked up AK and off we go to Abadi Villa.....Joe was there waiting, we are not late...ok late for 5mins...wash car sumore la!!!



Looked at the unit, not so promising, but fixtures and renovated, hard to resist. parquet flooring very bad condition, bathroom asbestos ceiling got water mark on it (was told by Joe that its due to water from the Air cond pipe). The owner seems like wanted to sell off, promoting the good point of her unit, renovated la, got a lot of built-in fixture and can be rented out at 1.2K....woah! seems like irresistible. 250K OMG! seems like too X............hehehehehehehe



we left and off to faber. wanted to view casa Desa show unit, but all not there anymore. So off we go to Casa Desa real site....but then AK with his out of the world idea, we detour to see Papillions!
hmn....AK says "see only har..... dun think ok". ok ok agree...... see only...dun think
wow! although its show unit, its spacious! and luxurious! if compare to jz now the unit....heaven n hell!! hahahaha no wonder la, see only dun think..... how much ar? 500K hahaha

siao...... the sales agent ask me "wat u think bout the price?"
i kept quite n smile only ler....though i think i can afford in a very very hard way at 450K but then har..... i dun think so its a wise idea! no no no!



the agent ask AK too...he smile smile smile like kambing! and tell the agent in his face "expensive!"
ok not being too imaginative, its telling to his face in a proper manner.....hehehehe



off we set off to see Casa Desa, aih no luck...no show unit leh! so went for lunch nearby to one shop recomended by AK, sell duno wat shop dy chicken n duck hmn...ok la the lunch... then headed off, and jz about to reach my car, i was lured by the DVD store.... hehehehe automatic the feet will step inside.....as what AK say "no ned suggest you, already enter the shop"


aih i bought RM50 of DVD TVB series! yea.....the series i been looking high and low for... OK lets go bek ady k..... sumore got ta pau food for other people lunch....already sejuk la AK! sleep like pig after that, thanks to the rain! woke up by a SMS by MC "how to go uptown?"
aih.....then J call.....wait where? aiya...all go college la senang!

as usual la, arrive at college late also never mind because those monkeys always late n a lot of dilemma one when come to activity. Off we went to Izzi UPtown for our annual choir dinner, but how to say annual when its the first time? They decided to spend the money from the performance early September last year

Guess wat....the bill comes up to RM600 ++ i think and thanks to the discount card, all we need to pay is RM400 ++.

So happy o not leh? uish not yet enough with it, some of us went for mvie......hahahaha
headed to 1U again for midnight...yea 2 days in a roll! queued up at GSC, jz to get the same fate as yesterday, tix sold out dy for those buy one free one.
So lesson learnt, headed to TGV....see i learnt my lesson well and fast.

MChk, MC, me, stan n LR watched Definitely Maybe, another group watch L Change the World and another group watch Three Kingdoms....

something funny happened after movies, as we all park car at the other side, we need to get there the hard way as the passway inside mostly been locked up. So we went around the old wing quite long, exploring the spatial like exploring new cave!

and after such long trial n error, we decided to get out from the building and headed to the car park from outside! yea its wise and easier to access....hahahaha what a day!
