Casa Desa

Off we went to see casa desa today, after much vain effort last week, this time its goin to be a good one. The management is actually letting us in to see the real units at the real site!

hmn not so good as AK was late by an hour

off we go to the Faber tower and was told that the management personnel had headed to the site. So off we go to the site to catch up with the other potential buyers.

aih so nice at last can see the site! wow its impressing...as impressing as the one at Puchong Prima! Big doors, comes with drying yard, well partitioned kitchen area, large tiles, big common walk way and spacious car park! oh sounded to perfect!

we followed the personnel here n there and occasionally wander off to have a peek at those vacant units..... aih from the look at our face, we are dying to get one.... oh yes.... really wanted it!

oh in our tour group, there was this aunty, very bising! macam kereta tua backfire!
she complain so much about the interior, the terrace and trust me everything that she can see, she complained! loud and clear plus annoying plus irritating!

let me quote you some of her words:
"how can you build the lower floor the terrace is actually connected to the common area? people will walk in front of your house! there should be a fence or gate somehow. I don't like people to walk in front of my house and look inside!"

"how can you open the window, you can see the ugly swimming pool in front? where got people design condo like this?"

"The terrace can do gardening, but then i do for other people to enjoy.....I don't like. how come i do gardening other people enjoys it?"

aih.....i did menyampuk some of her complains, i don't know its audible to her o not? i actually tell AK in his face "Complain ma dun buy lo" and "buy your own land n build ur own condo la"

sarcastic but yet.....argghh....kenot tahan dy!

so after seeing the site we went back to the faber tower to see which units are available on sale. To our dismiss, all those nice unit have been sold out....AK was saying, if he would have bought the units 2 years ago.... i know its frustrating, but the sales office Indian lady was wise enough to advice us, actually if we want to be happy, we can be happy with what we have, its just that we choose not to be happy with it. And this is where all other negative thoughts will arise and hatred cultivated! well its true...oh i can keep myself from teasing AK.hahahaha which makes him show some grievance face! Nice! hahahaha sadist

u know what usually happens when 2 virgoans get together? alot of fantasy and brilliant ideas will come up, well and also all sorts of stupid ideas too.

we saw 2 units at the 13th floor goin at 286K and facing to the road. We don't quite like it but then if we were to get, we can choose these best among the worst units. then we saw 3 units of ground floor units with terrace..... haha we oso gave it a tought. AK says if do party, can borrow the terrace at my side....see stupid ideas come out dy.... i told him, if u wan to do gardening, i oso dun mind give u the terrace to do gardening.... brilliant idea huh???

then as we thought the unit beside is empty, the sales lady says "oh jz now the aunty bought it already".....yes its that mulut murai aunty who complain the most, especially bout the gardening part bought that unit.... so sinis we say that those units beside her unit, feng shui no good.....hahaha get it??? the sales lady was so surprised and ask us "how u know the unit feng shui not good?". we told her the aunty beside ma....the sales lady laugh and she couldn't disagree. we had a good laugh.

ok the lady gave us some advice too, she says higher the unit, the more noiser it gets as the noise will disperse as it get higher. facing west units, the higher the floor, the hotter it gets compare to those lower floors. the design of the toilet oso must take into consideration as we might wan to do future renovation. wow...ans some other good points...some i disagree with of course....

the sales lady ask if i and AK were brothers....and i can't help it, i told the lady yes we are.....same father different mother....
AK was stunned and we laugh so loud after that, couldn't help it. the lady was saying "u dun try to pull my leg huh"

we headed for lunch, w/o the indian lady la, we had a serious talk bout the casa desa and the ability to own one unit....i think after thinking logically and some in depth calcualtion of some simple stuff, RM250 for maintenance is really out of our ability....so we both agree to think bout it deeply after this....we went off and think about it nicely....things seems to be quite between us. kekekeke i think we had a good discussion.
